Local Services employees share their perspectives as part of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month (UPDATED)

May is Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. To celebrate, some members of the Local Services team are offering their perspectives throughout the month. In the above video, Public Information Officer Brent Champaco shares what AAPI Heritage Month means to him.

Here’s Jerry Pionk, Chief Communications Officer with Local Services and U.S. Army veteran, sharing what the month means to him, particularly as someone who is half-Korean, half-white and whose family has deep roots in the U.S. military.
